Urban Upgrading of Green Mubazzarah

The Green Mubazzarah is often called the Green Heart of Al Ain. It is nestled within several elements such as hot springs, Al-Ain oasis and Hafeet mountain. Our Plan seeks to use the rich cultural heritage and historical and natural features to create a framework for upgrading this important area.

Urban Development of Opera & Ataba Squares

Structure Plan and Master Planning studies for the impact zone to determine planning influences on the site, taking into consideration that it is a part of Cairo CBD; located between two listed heritage areas; historic Fatimid Cairo to the East, and Khedivial Cairo to the West.
